Ivan Seselj, CEO
After graduating from Auckland University, Ivan started his career with Deloitte in audit. He learnt lots and at 22 he left to embark on his first entrepreneurial venture. Although it was a great learning experience unfortunately it was not a successful commercial endeavour. Ivan's next two roles were in more process centric roles within the airline industry - Internal Audit and a global change project.
Coming back to settle in New Zealand after four years in the UK and Canada, Ivan worked in process stream leader roles in local government and manufacturing industry projects. His second entrepreneurial effort was Promapp in 2002, which he still owns and runs with business partner and school mate Richard Holmes.
Richard Holmes, COO
After graduating from Auckland University, Richard began his working life in accounting - qualifying as a Chartered Accountant before heading overseas. This provided an opportunity for a change in direction and Richard spent the next four years working on change projects with British Airways and Arthur Andersen in the UK and Australia.
On his return to New Zealand he worked for KPMG Consulting, focusing mainly on process transformation projects. In 2002 business partner Ivan Seselj showed him the entrepreneurial light and to this day Richard works with Ivan and the rest of the Promapp team helping organisations to manage better, smarter business processes.
In 2006 Mike founded Sonar6, a revolutionary Human Resources SaaS business. In 2012 Sonar6 was acquired by Cornerstone OnDemand and he now heads up the small business operation with responsibility for the development of product, sales, marketing and support.
