Situation

Sarbanes Oxley legislation created a requirement for TelstraClear to clearly define and document its financial processes and related internal controls.

TelstraClear also recognised the need to improve its in-house process management capability - a desire to better manage their business processes as an asset.

Key objectives being to:

Solution

Promapp was selected for defining and capturing financial processes to satisfy Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements. This proving successful, Promapp was selected as the toolset for the management of processes across the wider organisation.

Promapp is currently providing improved process visibility and enabling change in Sales Operations, Service Delivery, Billing Operations, Procurement and Inventory Management.
