CEO Ivan Seselj speaks to iTWire about Promapp simplifying procedures

Speaking to Stephen Withers from iTWire, CEO Ivan Seselj is all about the simple processes. Promapp aims to replace bulky and often unread procedures manuals with a cloud-based system that delivers a more familiar and preferred experience. It is this foresight and approach that has seen Promapp grow its customer list that includes the world's biggest names — Coca Cola Amatil, Hyundai, McDonald's, Air New Zealand, Fisher & Paykel, Vodafone, Mainfreight, to name just a few.

Seselj attributes Promapp's growing success to its focus on simplicity, to translate complex information in an bite-size, easy to follow way and allowing people to attribute continuously to improve the way things are done leading to business improvement. Seselj states this "depends on a culture, a governance structure." The first question is 'Who is responsible for processes?' and that should be the CEO to convey the importance of processes.
