Here at Promapp we love simplicity. In fact we love it so much, it’s one of our core values.
So, in the interest of simplicity, and to ensure you and your team continue to get the most out of Promapp, we’re excited to announce that we’ve given our application homepage a fresh new look to make navigation a breeze!
Watch the video overview or read on to learn more.
Here are the highlights of what’s new in Promapp v4.3.5
1. Get to your processes faster.
Based on user habits, we’ve learned that using the search function is the preferred way to find the right information when you need it – so we’ve put this front and centre.
Announcements (like this one), will now be located in the “Promapp notifications” indicator in the top menu bar. This means our announcements will be completely separate from your own organisation’s posts and in-app messages. Nice and simple.
2. Pick up where you left off.
The new homepage makes it much easier to get to your favourite and recently viewed processes and documents. In this section you’ll also get a preview of dashboard activity – all you need to do is click on the dashboard item that you want to see in more detail, and you’ll be taken straight there.
3. Become a Promapp Pro!
Whether you’re just starting out, or need a refresher – become a Promapp pro with our most popular help videos. Guidance is just a play away.
4. Cloudy with a chance of AWESOME!
Never mind what the weather’s doing, you can become totally awesome at Promapp in no time flat. Just complete a series of simple steps and it’ll be official – you’re Totally Awesome. But don’t let the metre slide… check back for more ways to retain your awesomeness.
5. Simple, intuitive display.
As well as good looks, it’s also highly intelligent. Only see what you need with a homepage that’s tailored to you - depending on your role type and user permissions. Everyday users enjoy a simplified view, while Process Champions can dig into the details with a more comprehensive homepage.

6. Discuss processes with your team.
Feedback is an important element in fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Keep the conversation going and talk process with your colleagues, no matter where they’re based.
*Please note this section replaces the current bulletin board.
7. Your company stats at a glance.
See how your processes are tracking and which ones need updating at a glance with the company overview dashboard.
Roll-out for this update is scheduled for early next month – we’ll be in touch via email to confirm the exact release date. If you have any questions relating to this release, please drop us a line at email@example.com.
