We've just had one of those relaxed winter weekends with my family – at home watching DVDs, getting out and about to see friends and sort out some chores. One of our chores was to get a new pair of school shoes for next term, and the retailer we saw at the mall turned out to be Number One Shoes … a Promapp client.

Way back when we started Promapp, it was all about creating something that was actually useful, that people chose to use because it made processes easy to understand, and helped them do things the right way. ie, the opposite of an ignored »procedures manual».
