Promapp Certified Champion

About the Promapp Champion Certification

This certification comprises three levels: Silver, Gold & Platinum, and has been designed to recognise the brilliant work being done by Promapp Champions to successfully deploy Promapp in their organisation.

Effective deployment means having:

  • Good Governance in place to encourage ongoing effort, set priorities and promote improvement successes.
  • Up-to-date, accessible and easy to follow processes.
  • Engaged business teams that make use of process guidance during induction and in day-to-day operations.
  • Process owners actively managing and improving processes.

How is certification assessed?

Once the appropriate level has been determined, your Customer Success Manager will assess you against each of the requirements below.

Silver Level Requirements

A Silver Level Champion (Group Champion) is situated in each department or area of the business. They are the key driver to ensuring their teams are focusing on Promapp and that processes are up to date. They do not have to be the Manager/ Supervisor of that area. In order to become a Silver Level Champion an individual will be assessed on the following (based on a 12 month period):

  • Processes are up to date in their area and reviewed in line with company guidelines
    • Measurement: Review Process report in Promapp  
  • Processes are well-written
    • Measurement: Randomly check several processes written by the Silver Champion  
  • Dashboard is up to date  
    • Measurement: Check dashboard regularly  Feedback has been responded to in a timely manner  Measurement: Randomly check some of the feedback, review the dashboard for any that are outstanding  
  • Regular meetings are being held
    • Measurement: Proof of agenda item, minutes, calendar entries

 

Gold Level Requirements

A Gold Level Champion (currently Primary Champion) recognises the individual who drives the use of Promapp across the organisation and leads the organisation towards success! They are responsible for the initial set up and maintenance of the Promapp Program.  In order to become a Gold Level Champion the individual will be assessed on the following (based on a 6 month period):

  • Governance has been set up
    • Measurement: Instance reflects governance, proof of high-level buy-in, Governance maturity model has been completed, Group champions/Silver champions have been appointed and User types are up to date and consistent 
  • Guidelines have been created
    • Measurement: Copy of the company Rulebook
  • Training has been conducted with all participating departments/areas.
    • Measurement: Training (from Promapp), proof of additional internal training (emails, meeting invites, induction program)
  • Communication plan has been established and followed
    • Measurement: Copy of communication plan along with examples of communications
  • Deployment plan has been established and followed
    • Measurement: Copy of deployment plan along with evidence of results
  • Meetings are being held
    • Measurement: Evidence of meetings being held at Silver Level and Management Level
  • A process for inducting a new employee to Promapp has been created
    • Measurement: Copy of the process is in Promapp

 

Platinum Level Requirements

Welcome to the highest of Promapp honours - Platinum Level Champion!  To become a Platinum Certified Champion, you will have continued to promote the use of Promapp in your organisation long after implementation, and ensured the Promapp Program has maintained a certain level of momentum in a 12 month period.  In order to become a Platinum Certified Champion you will be assessed on the following (based on a 12 month period after the Leader 

 

  • Governance has been maintained
    • Measurement: Reviewed Governance maturity model, visible management buy-in remains, Group Champions/Silver Champions are still active
  • Training has been conducted with all new employees
    • Measurement: Proof of additional internal training (emails, meeting invites, induction program)
  • Communication plan is being followed
    • Measurement: Copy of communication plan along with examples of communications
  • Deployment plan is being followed
    • Measurement: Copy of deployment plan along with evidence of results
  • Meetings are being held
    • Measurement: Evidence of meetings being held at Silver Level and Management Level
  • Maintenance plan is in place
    • Measurement: Copy of maintenance plan
  • Successor has been identified
    • Measurement: Details of successor
