U.S. credit union creates an innovative culture.
Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) has announced they will use Nintex Promapp’s cloud-based business process management (BPM) software to improve business processes internally, creating a truly innovative corporate culture that will enhance its members’ banking experience. The organization has more than 55 branches and hundreds of thousands of members across Texas.
‘With RBFCU shifting to a process-focused orientation, we need a simple way to standardize and improve business process information so that it can be easily captured, accessed, and followed by our team,’ explains Robert LaFosse, Vice President, Process Improvement.
‘Nintex Promapp provides a visual tool that is easy-to-use without extensive technical knowledge or customization.’
According to LaFosse, Nintex Promapp will enable RBFCU employees to review business processes and provide informed feedback before initiating any improvements.
Because Nintex Promapp will provide a central repository for process information, it will also increase the speed of onboarding and training for new employees.
‘Ultimately, the use of Nintex Promapp will help in creating a conduit for better communications around process changes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while improving the member experience at Randolph-Brooks,’ he adds.
LaFosse notes that RBFCU reviewed several BPM tools before deciding to go with Nintex Promapp. ‘We looked at several other tools and took advantage of the trials they typically offer,’ he explains, ‘but none came close to Nintex Promapp’s ease-of-use or flexibility in terms of working with us.’
RBFCU has already begun formal employee training, while importing more than 1,400 existing process maps to Nintex Promapp’s software. Plans are in the works to roll out the new software to all of the credit union’s business units beginning in late July, with full deployment within six months.
